I love Walker Oldsmobile. I feel that I have the greatest combination. My service representative, Bobby Rhodes, is the best. My vehicle was picked up, worked on, and delivered back to me, all while I was at work. I do not have any complaints on the dealership. However, I am still trying to get familiar with the vehicle and all of the technology. Thanks for a great job, well done Bobby!

The salesman John was Great. The people that clean up the truck left scratches all over. John got this issue solved at Ceramic Pro. I still have a Windshield full of little circles in the sunlight. I hope to have this issue solved soon. John Slayter very honest and knowledgeable. Good guy.

The dealership is quite good. The extended warranty is somewhat disappointing. It is still in force but the recent repair evidently was not covered; I had to pay for it. Moreover, the type of failure should not have occurred in a gently used vehicle with only 37,000 miles on it and certainly should have been covered by the extended warranty.

The problem I had was at the beginning undetectable. But in the end, they figured it out and it’s working fine.

I came in for a suspension sound and a reason as to why my temp light came on. They let the car idle while they checked it and the radiator blew because my fan wasn’t working. I had to pay for the installation of a radiator when if they weren’t letting it idle they would have caught it was just the fan only. Then I had to speak to a manager because the advisor hiked the price on me after telling me one price for two days straight. Then he called and said he needed to give his guy something for tightening a bolt on my sway bar links. I’m a mayor, municipal magistrate, pastor, and on diverse state boards and I never want to give this type of service to anybody in my state. There was very little integrity and transparency. I paid $1200 for a fault of a technician letting the car idle in one spot forever AFTER the temp light was on. This was told to me by service advisor.

I must say, I had a pretty good experience.... Now, it may not be the same for everyone, I suppose it depends on whom your Service Advisor may be... I may have just gotten lucky, and gotten a good representative...and that is just what he is, too... He's not just a Service Advisor, he's a representative for the customer as well... It's nice to have someone represent your interests, he did a great job... I must say, I think this might have been the best dealership service experience I've ever had, if I were to be honest. I'm considering switching, and having all my basic maintenance done here as well; moving forward... Im quite impressed.

The salesman, John Slayter was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone we spoke to was friendly from sales to finance. We got a great deal on a '23 Terrain that we love and we will definitely go back and /or refer anyone who needs a car to Walker.

Abysmal. Truck sat 3 days just awating diagnosis. It never happened. On day 4 I took it to a shop that had MORE THAN 1 DIESEL MECHANIC. As long as this place has problems with manning, I can't take it there. For anything.
