I love Walker Oldsmobile. I feel that I have the greatest combination. My service representative, Bobby Rhodes, is the best. My vehicle was picked up, worked on, and delivered back to me, all while I was at work. I do not have any complaints on the dealership. I have had to bring my vehicle in multiple times (unfortunately) and the service department has been helpful every step of the way. If there ever was an issue it was addressed and taken care of. Specifically, Brissa, Chad, and Bobby were always kind and helpful.

This is my 2nd vehicle from Walker Automotive in 2 years and I couldn't be more happy with the attention and dedication to customer service. Alexis Johnson worked quickly to have my truck ready for delivery by Friday which made for a great weekend. They were able to secure me a loan at a lower rate than I could find on my own and everything was done professionally and no drama. I dont plan on having to buy another vehicle for sometime but I will use Walker again. Eric Moran is running a great dealership!

Alexis Johnson was all you could ask from a Salesman and so much more. She was very knowledgeable about each vehicle. Her personality was great, by the time we left it felt as if she was part of our family. She made sure to “make things happen” and at then end of the day everyone was happy.
Alexis is the best person to work with you tell her what you want or need and she will bend over backwards to make it happen!
The salesman John was Great. The people that clean up the truck left scratches all over. John got this issue solved at Ceramic Pro. I still have a Windshield full of little circles in the sunlight. I hope to have this issue solved soon. John Slayter very honest and knowledgeable. Good guy.

While traveling to Dallas last week, my vehicle began having issues. The next morning, when I contacted Walker GMC, I accidentally reached the personal cell phone of salesman Todd Defee. The dealership is quite good. The extended warranty is somewhat disappointing. It is still in force but the recent repair evidently was not covered; I had to pay for it. Moreover, the type of failure should not have occurred in a gently used vehicle with only 37,000 miles on it and certainly should have been covered by the extended warranty.
The problem I had was at the beginning undetectable. But in the end, they figured it out and it’s working fine.

Brought our 2017 Yukon in for servicing, tire rotation, oil change, alignment. Scheduling and rescheduling an appointment was easy but for a 7:30a slot on a Thursday and not being done til almost noon, took way longer than expected. They had a decent lil waiting room with snack crackers, coffee and water which was nice. Plus a vending machine. Adding a timeframe for service was about the only thing I’d suggest.
On a Friday afternoon around 4:30 my 2022 Sierra had to be towed to Walker GMC. Sam Parks was able to find a loaner truck for me while I waited on the part to be delivered with not ETA on delivery. Surprisingly the part arrived on the following Thursday and Sam Parks was able to get the new part in that morning and I was back in my truck by 11:00 am. Thanks to Sam Parks for getting a loaner truck and getting my truck repaired in a timely matter especially since this was during the New Years holidays!!

Samual Parks was my Service Tech at Walker Miata. He took very good care of me and also my car. I love how they send a video of my car and describe how my car is doing on things such as tires, brake pads, windshield wipers, filters, and my initial reason for coming in!!! The service department is the heart of a dealership and the main reason I will purchase from this dealership in the future!

About three weeks ago my wife called me and told me to come over to Walker GMC to look at trucks. I arrived and Mr. Kaleb Bracken meet me at one of the trucks. He was super helpful on helping me pick out the right truck great person and awesome representative of Walker GMC.

Service rep. (Sam) was very professional, polite, curious, and understanding. Repairs were made very quickly. Very satisfied with my service. The driver ( Mr. Phil )for the shuttle service was prompt, polite and friendly. He drove very professionally with respect for other vehicles. A very pleasant experience with everything including the young lady that handle my paper work and the driver who brought my truck back to the check out. I have purchased several vehicles from Walker and every encounter with anyone of the staff has been very comfortable and positive.
They are very Professional. I liked that my technician informs me of the work being done, so that I may authorize it.
I have an extended warranty on my car. I don't really have time to navigate through the process of getting repairs. Kaitlynn - service writer said no problem, I'll take care of it AND SHE DID! I cannot thank her or Walker GMC enough! And btw, I have a Chrysler and they still took care of it!!

I came in for a suspension sound and a reason as to why my temp light came on. They let the car idle while they checked it and the radiator blew because my fan wasn’t working. I had to pay for the installation of a radiator when if they weren’t letting it idle they would have caught it was just the fan only. The salesman, John Slayter was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone we spoke to was friendly from sales to finance. We got a great deal on a '23 Terrain that we love and we will definitely go back and /or refer anyone who needs a car to Walker.
Abysmal. Truck sat 3 days just awating diagnosis. It never happened. On day 4 I took it to a shop that had MORE THAN 1 DIESEL MECHANIC. As long as this place has problems with manning, I can't take it there. For anything.
Walker Automotive services almost all of our wholesale parts needs with ease and professionalism. Our driver, Sam Broadway, is awesome and has become a very good friend. We just recently began ordering from Sam Arceneaux and he has been a joy to work with as well.
